The home has strong infection prevention control policies and maintains visitor arrangements in line with government guidelines. One relative praised the manager, saying: "The manager has always kept us fully up to date with constant change.

They always manage to keep us calm and confident that they are doing the right thing to protect people.

The home implements clear procedures for visitors, including requesting contact details for track and trace purposes and asking those with Covid-19 symptoms not to visit. Visitors take a lateral flow test before entering and are directed to their destination using the shortest and most direct route through the home.
