Moorside Hall provides nursing care for up to 22 people in an extended adapted property near Williamson's Park in Lancaster, with bedrooms across two floors, a lift, and a stair lift. At inspection, 15 people were residing in the home.

People and their relatives confirmed they felt safe, with staff understanding and following safeguarding policies to protect residents from abuse and harm. Staffing levels were sufficient to provide person-centred care, and trained, qualified staff administered medicines as prescribed. The provider ensured residents were protected from environmental risks, including fire and legionella hazards.
