Montague Road Care Home

Montague Road Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to 24 people living with dementia and mental health needs across three units, with eight residents on each unit. The service operates from one adapted building designed to support up to 24 people.

Residents receive extremely responsive care tailored to their individual needs and preferences. People are at the heart of the service, with their choices and self-determination consistently upheld and supported. End-of-life care aligns with the choices residents have made. Residents are supported to participate in meaningful activities that reduce isolation risks.
