Hallmark Bucklesham Grange Luxury Care Home

Bucklesham Grange provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 57 people, some living with dementia, in a purpose-built two-story facility. At the time of the inspection, 52 people were living in the home. Inspectors recommended improvements to staffing arrangements, noting that staff were not adequately deployed during busy times and instances occurred where people were left unattended in communal areas. Senior management confirmed they would undertake an immediate review of staffing levels.

People's medicines were administered as prescribed by staff. The home maintained clean facilities, and staff had completed training.
