Spring Lodge provides personal care to 31 older people, some living with dementia, in one adapted building with capacity for up to 46 residents. Inspectors observed significant safety concerns, finding that people were not consistently protected from harm when using equipment for transfers and transport. Health monitoring was inadequate across the service. The home experienced ongoing management instability with no registered manager in post at the time of inspection, affecting the consistency of leadership and governance.
