Millcroft

Millcroft provides residential care and accommodation to 20 people, some living with dementia, mental health conditions, or frailty, with capacity for up to 24 residents in one adapted building.

Residents feel safe at the service. One person stated, "Yes I do feel safe. There are nice carers about. They are there if you need them." Staff effectively manage risks and understand their safeguarding responsibilities, knowing how to report suspected abuse. The home maintains adequate staffing levels with robust recruitment procedures in place, ensuring safe care provision.

The service administers medicines safely and maintains strong infection control procedures. Incidents are properly recorded and monitored to support continuous improvement in care delivery.
