Lydfords Care Home

Lydfords Care Home provides residential care for up to 36 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 21 residents were living there across a purpose-built two-storey building. Residents reported feeling happy and safe, appreciating the home's positive, open and inclusive culture. They knew the staff and management team well, felt able to raise concerns, and reported good relationships with staff who kept them well informed.

Medicines were managed safely with effective systems in place for monitoring administration, ensuring people received their prescribed medications. Staff regularly assessed and monitored residents' needs, working closely with healthcare professionals to identify and address any changes in their health or support requirements.
