Mill View

Mill View is a residential care home accommodating up to 70 people in a purpose-built two-storey building. The home provides personal and nursing care to residents with a range of needs including nursing requirements, mental health conditions, and dementia. At the time of inspection, 35 people were living at the home.

Leadership presented significant challenges, with inconsistent management affecting residents, families, and staff. Some residents reported feeling isolated, while relatives noted poor communication with the registered manager. Staff also lacked adequate support, as the registered manager was frequently unavailable and inaccessible to the team.
