Mill Green

Mill Green provides accommodation and support for younger adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, some of whom also live with physical disabilities. The home accommodates up to six people and is located in a residential house with easy access to local amenities. At the time of inspection, five people were living there.

The registered manager demonstrates outstanding dedication to residents' health and wellbeing. She and her staff have thoroughly investigated each person's risks, needs and preferences, paying particular attention to how health issues affect physical and mental wellbeing. The team collects detailed data to share with health professionals, which has resulted in diagnoses and appropriate health interventions for residents. People receive person-centred support designed to help them live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.
