Greenways provides residential care for up to six people with complex learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. The home maintains close family connections through safe visiting arrangements and video calling facilities, with regular newsletters keeping relatives informed of any changes. Staff created easy-read risk assessments to help residents understand how the COVID-19 pandemic affected their daily lives.

The premises are clean and well maintained, with enhanced cleaning schedules introduced during the pandemic. Staff access weekly coronavirus testing in line with government guidelines and support residents to access monthly testing when they are able to consent. The registered manager ensures the home can obtain testing kits as needed to keep residents and staff safe.
