Silver Court

Silver Court provides care for up to 42 people aged 65 and over, with 33 residents living there at the time of inspection. Residents have varied needs including dementia and physical disabilities, and the home offers single occupancy en-suite rooms in a purpose-built building. Staff actively support residents to maintain contact with family and friends through telephone and internet, with technology champions on the team helping residents use digital solutions. The service facilitated safe in-person visits, including outdoor visits, with measures in place to minimise infection risk such as visitor screening, hand sanitisation, and provision of personal protective equipment.
