Meadow View

Meadow View provides care and accommodation for older people and younger adults, including those living with dementia, supporting 32 people at the time of assessment. Following a previous rating of requires improvement, the CQC found significant progress under new leadership, with better safety, environment and oversight, and the home is now rated Good overall.

Staff were found to be kind, skilled and attentive to people's independence and choices, working well with other professionals to ensure joined-up care. Some governance areas still need further embedding, including risk and medicines management and the accuracy of care records, and staff deployment did not always ensure prompt support in all areas.
