Westwood

Westwood provides residential care for nine people with learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorder across a house with two self-contained flats and a bungalow. Staff deliver exceptionally compassionate, person-centered care with a strong focus on promoting independence and helping people work towards their goals and aspirations. People are supported creatively to maintain relationships with those important to them, with staff matched to individuals based on a good understanding of their specific needs. Risk assessments are in place to manage health and wellbeing concerns while enabling people to remain as safe and independent as possible. Staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities and know how to report concerns appropriately.
