Mayflower Court

Mayflower Court is a large residential care home with capacity for up to 80 people, currently supporting 28 residents. The service cares for older people living with dementia or experiencing physical difficulties. The purpose-built facility spans two floors across four separate units, with a central courtyard garden. At inspection, only the two ground floor units were in use.

The management and quality assurance system had been effective at identifying concerns, though not all identified issues had been resolved at the time of inspection. The provider believed that appointing a new permanent manager would help address outstanding matters.
