St John's House

St John's House provides residential care and personal care for up to 60 older people, some living with dementia. The purpose-built home spans two floors with three separate suites, including a dedicated dementia unit, and offers multiple communal areas and accessible gardens. At the time of inspection, 51 people were using the service.

Staff create a nurturing, supportive and warm culture where people receive compassionate, individualised care that improves their quality of life. The service recognises that understanding residents' life histories, values and beliefs helps staff provide tailored support.
