Mary House

Mary House provides personal and nursing care for up to 15 people, including those with complex learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. Inspectors found the service had improved since its previous rating and now met all the standards required, with an overall rating of Good.

The CQC found risks were managed safely, staff were well trained and medicines properly handled. Care was person centred, with staff who knew people well and communicated effectively with those unable to speak. Families told inspectors they felt reassured, describing a home that was safe, caring and well led.
