About Harvey Lane

Harvey Lane is a residential care home in Norfolk supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people. The findings below set out what the CQC observed during its most recent inspection.

Harvey Lane is a care home in Norfolk registered to support up to eight people with learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of the assessment, five people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that an earlier breach relating to good governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found staff knew people well, supported them kindly and helped them stay safe using the least restrictive approaches. People were encouraged to make their own choices and take part in activities such as swimming and trips to the seaside. Families and staff had confidence in the management team, who were described as open and committed to ongoing improvement.
