Heath House is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 17 people, currently supporting nine residents living with dementia and experiencing poor mental health. The service comprises 17 one-bedroom flats, each with a living area, kitchen, and shower room, plus small communal spaces for dining and socialising.

The inspection found significant safety concerns. Inspectors identified that individual risks to residents and environmental hazards had not been properly assessed or addressed. Infection control practices were inadequate, and medication management fell short of required standards, leaving vulnerable residents at risk.
