Martlet Manor

Martlet Manor provides personal care to up to 72 residents across three floors of a purpose-built facility. The home supports older people, including those with dementia, as well as younger adults with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 52 people were living at the home.

Inspectors identified that risks to residents were not being consistently managed, creating potential for harm. Medicines were not stored securely and potentially harmful substances were not kept safely. The registered manager implemented immediate corrective actions to address these safety shortfalls.
