The home operates across three residential floors in an adapted building, with offices on the fourth floor and a lift connecting each level.

The service includes two beds designated by the local authority for its Discharge to Assess programme, which offers care and rehabilitation support for up to six weeks following hospital discharge. This programme aims to help people regain skills and confidence to support their recovery and independence.
