Margaret Allen House provides personal care for up to 15 people, some living with dementia. Located within walking distance of Tiverton town centre, the home has two floors with lounges and dining areas on the ground floor and bedrooms on both levels, all accessible by a passenger lift.

The home maintains a safe and clean environment. However, inspectors found limited signage and colour use throughout the building to support people with dementia in independently navigating the spaces. The service has received recommendations for improvements in this area to better support residents' orientation and independence.
