Teamcare Limited t/a Highcliffe Residential Home

Highcliffe Residential Home provides personal care for up to 24 adults, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 21 residents were living at the home. The home maintains clear policies and procedures for infection control practices, including Covid-19 management and visiting arrangements during the pandemic. Government guidance on isolation criteria and testing programmes is followed for service users, staff, visitors and visiting professionals. All employees have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations.
