Manor Farm Care Home

Manor Farm Care Home accommodates up to 81 older people, including those living with dementia, across three accessible floors. At inspection, 68 people were using the service. While staff recruitment was safe and staffing levels met people's needs, inspectors identified significant issues with medicines management that had not been detected by the home's own quality audits. The home successfully safeguarded people from harm and abuse, maintained infection control measures, and had systems in place to learn from accidents, incidents and complaints. Staff supported people to make choices about their care and consistently sought consent before providing support, ensuring people retained maximum control over their lives.
