Mornington Hall Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 120 people, many of whom are living with dementia, physical disability or sensory impairment. The service operates across two buildings, with one currently unoccupied. At inspection, 57 people were using the service across two units in the operational building.

Staff were safely recruited and staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs. People were safeguarded from harm and abuse, with individual risk assessments in place to protect residents. Building safety checks were carried out as required, and infection control measures were implemented to prevent the spread of infection.

The home had systems in place to learn from accidents, incidents and complaints.
