Lower Meadow

This purpose-built residential home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 69 people, including those with dementia. At the time of inspection, 48 people were living there across two floors, each with communal lounge and dining areas. Bedrooms are en-suite with additional communal bathroom facilities on each floor.

A new management team has brought improvements to the home. Staff, residents, and relatives confirmed the managers are visible and approachable, demonstrating commitment to improving standards and ensuring positive outcomes for people living there.
