The Limes

The Limes, in Warwickshire, is a residential home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 30 people, with 23 people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that risks were well managed, staffing levels were sufficient and medicines were handled safely, with a strong learning culture where concerns were investigated properly.

Inspectors also found people were involved in decisions about their care and treated with dignity and respect, with staff who knew them well and could meet their communication and cultural needs. Leaders were described as visible and supportive, fostering a culture of listening, learning and continuous improvement.
