Lound Hall

Lound Hall is a care home in an adapted building over three floors, providing nursing and personal care for up to 30 people, including older people and those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 22 people were living there.

The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good. Inspectors found people felt safe, staff understood safeguarding procedures, and there were enough trained staff who knew people well. Care was person-centred and delivered with kindness, and the registered manager was described as approachable and supportive of the team.
