Long Lane Farm

Long Lane Farm provides personal care to four people in a residential setting on the outskirts of Preston with good access to local amenities and transport links. The home comprises three bedrooms plus a separate two-storey annexe with its own facilities, along with shared lounge, dining and bathroom areas.

The service has robust safeguarding systems in place to address any allegations of abuse, with relevant risk assessments completed and the environment maintained as safe for residents. Medicines are managed safely and staff support people with maximum choice and control over their lives using the least restrictive approaches. Mental capacity assessments have been completed where relevant. Residents are encouraged to participate in meal preparation, with a variety of meals provided. Care respects people's privacy, dignity and independence, with relevant health professionals involved in their support.
