Dixons Farm

Dixons Farm provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder and younger adults in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, six people were living at the service.

The home is designed to enable residents to live as full a life as possible with control, choice, and independence. People receive planned and co-ordinated person-centred support that allows them to achieve meaningful outcomes and develop independence skills.
