At inspection, the service was supporting seven people. However, inspectors found significant safety concerns. Risk information was not comprehensive enough, and there was no evidence the service monitored safety-related themes or trends. Medicine management lacked proper audit processes, raising concerns about safe administration. Recruitment procedures were not sufficiently robust to ensure staff were suitable to work with vulnerable people.
