People felt safe at the home and told inspectors that staff were kind and attentive. Risk assessments were carried out and incidents were properly investigated.

Medicines were managed safely, though a recommendation was made about the provider's medication policy.

Care was delivered in line with people's preferences and choices, with staff supporting them to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible. Staff had completed additional training to support people's nutritional needs.
