Risk assessments and care plans guided staff in supporting residents safely, though inspectors recommended improvements to thickener storage and water access.

The home supported residents to make choices about their care and supported them in the least restrictive way possible, aligned with their best interests. Staff made timely referrals to other healthcare agencies to ensure residents could access the medical support they needed. Those at risk of malnutrition received targeted support to maintain adequate nutritional intake.
