The home offers personal care alongside accommodation, with individual bedrooms and access to communal areas and secure gardens. A section of the home provides short-term placements for people recovering from hospital discharge.

Staff completed safe recruitment checks, and medicines were managed safely overall. Risk assessments and care plans guided staff in supporting residents safely, though inspectors recommended improvements to thickener storage and water access.

The home supported residents to make choices about their care and supported them in the least restrictive way possible, aligned with their best interests. Staff made timely referrals to other healthcare agencies to ensure residents could access the medical support they needed. Those at risk of malnutrition received targeted support to maintain adequate nutritional intake.
