The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding significant improvement since the last inspection, when breaches relating to recruitment, medicines management and governance had been identified.

Inspectors found recruitment practices were now safe, medicines were managed properly, and oversight had strengthened, though some further work on internal systems was still needed. People and relatives spoke highly of a stable, kind staff team, describing feeling safe and well cared for, with partners also giving positive feedback about the home's openness and quality of care.
