The home demonstrated strong infection prevention and control practices, with staff receiving appropriate training and consistently following correct procedures for personal protective equipment use. Sufficient PPE supplies were strategically positioned throughout the service, and the home maintained high cleaning standards with regular schedules in place.

The provider made effective use of COVID-19 testing for both residents and staff, and safely supported new admissions during the pandemic. Staff implemented safe visiting procedures and actively helped residents maintain contact with family and friends through technology, while adhering to shielding and social distancing guidelines.
