Golborne House Residential Care Home

Goldborne House provides personal care to older people and people living with dementia, accommodating 45 people across two floors with 35 residents in residence at inspection. The building was designed to meet residents' needs, though redecorations were underway during the inspection which limited full assessment of dementia-friendly features. The service supports people with learning disabilities and autistic people, ensuring they have access to choices, dignity and independence within the community.

Risks to people's safety and wellbeing were regularly assessed and reviewed by the registered manager, with evidence of actions being implemented to reduce identified risks. Staff received training to recognise potential risks and signs of abuse, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding residents.
