Limes Residential Care Home

The Limes provides personal and nursing care to up to 26 residents aged 65 and over, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 22 people were living there.

People are safe at the home, with safeguarding processes in place to protect them from abuse. Risks associated with people's care have been assessed and staff receive clear guidance to follow. Care plans are detailed and person-centred, showing that residents and their relatives are consulted about care preferences. Residents are supported to engage in activities based on their hobbies and interests, which has a positive impact on their wellbeing.
