Hilton Lodge

Hilton Lodge accommodates up to 13 people with disabilities, most over 65, across converted houses in a residential street. At inspection, 12 residents were permanently living there with one placement pending completion.

Residents and relatives praised staff for being kind and caring, reporting they felt safe. The service provides a homely atmosphere where staff treat people with dignity and respect. Care plans are person-centred with risk assessments in place, and staff demonstrate good understanding of individual needs and preferences.
