Dell Field Court

Dell Field Court is a care home for 40 older people with dementia and physical frailty, arranged across three floors with separate dining and lounge areas on each level. The second floor is dedicated to residents of Asian origin to meet assessed needs. At the time of inspection, 27 people were living in the home.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the service. Staff and management demonstrated knowledge of identifying potential abuse and escalating concerns appropriately. Management reviewed accidents and incidents systematically to ensure safe handling and prevent future occurrences.
