Lily Close

Lily Close is a residential service accommodating up to 10 people with learning disabilities and autism across three adapted buildings. At inspection, six people were living there. The service provides planned, person-centred support designed to help people live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.

Inspectors found that safeguarding procedures were in place to protect people from abuse, and risk assessments were used to monitor and manage potential harms. Staffing levels were adequate, with suitable staff recruited to work with residents. Medicines were managed safely at the service.
