Sunnyside House provides accommodation with personal care for up to 14 adults with learning disabilities, focusing on developing life skills to support transition into independent living. The service includes 12 en-suite bedrooms and two independence transition flats with kitchens, located near local facilities including shops, libraries, and health services. Residents, who refer to themselves as "Learners," benefit from exceptionally responsive and caring staff who are highly motivated and compassionate. One relative commented, "I've never come across an organisation like this, five-star rating all the time," while another noted their family member "is just so happy there" and praised the staff's "overall understanding of people's needs."

Learners spoke about close bonds with staff and person-centred support to help them overcome barriers to achieving their goals. The environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, with staff following safe infection prevention and control processes. Risk assessments are in place to protect learner safety, and residents reported feeling safe with clear knowledge of who to approach if they have concerns.
