Crawshaw Hall Medical Centre and Nursing Home accommodates up to 50 residents across two interlinked buildings, Orion Court and Ariana Court, providing nursing care and residential support. At the time of inspection, 39 people were living there.

Residents reported feeling safe within the home. Staff had completed safeguarding training for vulnerable adults and had access to relevant policies and procedures, though the registered manager agreed to refresh knowledge on external reporting procedures. The service maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs and ensure their safety. Minor shortfalls were noted in the recruitment records of two staff members.
