Lent Rise House is a nursing home providing care for up to 60 people, with 36 residents at the time of inspection. The purpose-built facility is divided into four units, each containing en-suite bedrooms, shared bathrooms, dining and lounge areas, and quiet spaces. Ground floor houses care for people with dementia while first floor houses serve those with general nursing needs.

The service features a shared ground floor lounge for activities and events, along with well-maintained enclosed gardens offering seating areas for residents.

Staff understood safeguarding procedures and protected people from the risk of injury or harm at the service.
