People and relatives described staff as kind, trustworthy and supportive, and said they felt safe and involved in decisions about their care. The CQC found the environment was clean and well maintained, with regular safety checks. People had access to healthcare professionals, choice over meals and activities, and confidence that complaints would be acted upon.
