This large, detached property in Weymouth provides long-term accommodation and care for up to 13 adults with enduring and complex mental health needs across three floors. At inspection, 12 people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated good infection prevention and control practices, using personal protective equipment appropriately when interacting with residents. People were supported to understand the measures in place, such as the use of face masks and aprons. An infection control lead coordinated efforts between the housekeeping and care teams, ensuring effective implementation of protocols.

Regular infection control audits were conducted with action plans developed to address any identified issues, providing the provider with oversight of infection control measures.
