Lawton Rise Care Home

Lawton Rise Care Home provides nursing and personal care to up to 62 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 55 people were using the service across two floors with two units on each floor. The home had infection control measures in place to keep people safe, and staff were adequately recruited and trained to understand their safeguarding responsibilities and protect people from abuse. Risks to people were assessed and managed to support their safety. The provider initially received mixed feedback about visiting arrangements but subsequently amended their visiting policy to align with government guidance.
