The service operates across six units on two floors, with each unit offering communal dining and living areas plus a kitchenette. A passenger lift provides access throughout the home.

Despite prior concerns about staffing levels, inspectors found the home maintained sufficient staff to keep people safe and meet their needs. The service had reduced its reliance on agency staff by bringing on more permanent staff members.
