Lavender Fields

Lavender Fields provides personal care for up to 75 older people and those living with dementia across three floors in a purpose-built building. At the time of inspection, 54 people were resident. Each person has their own room with an ensuite bathroom.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the service. One relative commented, "Yes, she is very safe, I am very grateful." Risk assessments and care plans were thorough and current, giving staff sufficient detail to support people safely. The home had adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs and maintained high standards of cleanliness. People were safeguarded from abuse and received safe care and treatment.
