Lampton House

Lampton House is a care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 30 older people. The CQC rated the service good overall, an improvement from its previous requires improvement rating, after finding that governance systems had been strengthened and shortfalls in monitoring standards had been addressed.

Inspectors found people felt safe and were comfortable around staff, who were considered caring and competent. People and relatives said there were enough staff, felt able to raise concerns with managers, and were encouraged to give feedback. People were supported to make choices, had access to activities and the local community, and maintained contact with those important to them.
