Inspectors identified several safety concerns during their visit, including issues with the front door's multiple locks that could delay emergency exits in a fire, and four walking frames missing ferrules. The provider's quality assurance system had not caught these problems. After feedback from inspectors, the registered manager and provider promptly addressed these shortfalls before the second day of the inspection.
