Lambton House

Lambton House provides residential care for up to 57 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, the service was supporting 41 people. Residents were happy and received the care and support they wanted, with people and relatives describing staff as caring and kind.

Medicines were managed safely and risks to people were properly assessed with action taken to reduce potential harm. The premises were generally clean and tidy, though some areas needed redecoration to enable effective cleaning, which the registered manager addressed immediately. People were safeguarded from abuse.
