The home maintained high cleanliness standards, with housekeeping staff frequently cleaning high-touch points like door handles and light switches, and the registered manager conducting regular audits. Staff received training in infection prevention and control measures. The service was supported by community-based healthcare professionals to help maintain residents' health and wellbeing.
