Paddock Stile Manor

Paddock Stile Manor provides personal and nursing care for up to 40 people in a purpose-built building. At inspection, 33 residents were living there, some with dementia. The home had implemented comprehensive infection prevention measures including visitor checks, staff use of personal protective equipment with management oversight, and regular COVID-19 testing in line with government guidelines.

Social distancing was encouraged through environmental changes and designated break facilities for staff.

The home maintained high cleanliness standards, with housekeeping staff frequently cleaning high-touch points like door handles and light switches, and the registered manager conducting regular audits. Staff received training in infection prevention and control measures. The service was supported by community-based healthcare professionals to help maintain residents' health and wellbeing.
