The home had implemented comprehensive infection prevention measures including visitor checks, staff use of personal protective equipment with management oversight, and regular COVID-19 testing in line with government guidelines.

Social distancing was encouraged through environmental changes and designated break facilities for staff.

The home maintained high cleanliness standards, with housekeeping staff frequently cleaning high-touch points like door handles and light switches, and the registered manager conducting regular audits.
